Due to the approaching tropical storm Helene, we advise taking the following precautions:
1). Remove all vehicles today by 2:00 to higher ground - do not
leave vehicles in our parking lot today and tomorrow.
2). All condo unit sliders and windows should be locked, hurricane shutters should be closed, and the water should be shut off if the unit is unoccupied.
The elevators will be shut off today at 2:00 pm.
