We have been focused on getting everything started for the recovery and also waiting for information regarding our insurance renewal rates for 2023. Both of these items delayed our process of setting the budget for the Association. We are still in the process of gathering information and cost. At this time, we do not have a true picture of our budget for 2023. We will keep the Association Fees the same for the first quarter of 2023 but will have an increase when we have a true and accurate picture of our budget.
