There is a series of questions you must answer. These questions are regarding the Condo Building not specific to your unit.
For example it will ask, Is there damage to your property? The lady at the Assessor's office said this refers to the Condo building so you must enter YES.
Then a question Why is your property is uninhabitable? This is due to Flood and Wind damage to our building.
You will need to furnish a copy of our letter from Vesta stating the building is uninhabitable. (See below)
