They have started to sift the sand and distribute it to the beach. The mounds of sand are dwindling. The debris remains but is moved out in large trailer. This project will take months.
We hope to move our cooling units from the diesel-powered generator to the Florida Power and Light very soon.
After the wind and the rain today, we checked all the 8th floor units and we did NOT see any signs of water leaks. Our temporary roof is doing the job.
