Many dedicated owners in our building take the initiative to keep our community looking its best. They actively clean up around the premises, picking up trash and ensuring it’s disposed of properly. Their efforts create a more welcoming environment for everyone!
At one point, we couldn't see the outline of the pool. While some sand was removed using equipment, a significant amount had to be taken out by hand. Today, November 30th, we have five hardworking people shoveling sand from the pool into wheelbarrows.
Our property accumulated several feet of sand due to the impacts of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The board hired workers to clear the sand, which was then pushed to areas designated for removal by the city. The city completed this removal on November 22nd. Any remaining sand will be taken care of by our contracted workers.
During the storm, our electrical transformer was damaged and began leaking fluid that I am not familiar with; however, I am confident that Florida Power and Light can identify it. The unit was repaired on November 15th. We can all feel more at ease knowing that it has been resolved. |
