All locks must be Satin Nickel in appearance and compatible with a Schlage C key 5-Pin lock cylinder, keyed to your unit key and the Association's Master Key. A smart thing to do is to use your old lock cylinder with your new Keypad deadbolt.

Each unit has an electrical service of 125 AMPS.
WATER HEATER:
New water heaters must be installed with a pan under the tank and replaced every 10 years.
