​Between August 13, 2024 and August 29, 2024, there will be an extended maintenance window that will impact all residential and commercial customers in SWFL, perhaps more than one time.

• This series of maintenance events impacts our network that serves all customers in SWFL.
• Not every customer will be impacted during each window, but all customers are likely to be impacted at one time or another during these windows.
• We do not have access to any additional details on the specific dates that the customer's portion of the network will be impacted.
• Due to the widespread scope of this maintenance, messages are going out to all customers tomorrow morning, August 6, 2024.
• A follow-up message will go out to everyone who did not open the email on August 12, 2024.

This maintenance will take place during our normal maintenance window between 12 am and 5 am daily between August 13, 2024 and August 29, 2024.
