The Casa Bonita One Association is committed to adhering to the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act. To ensure the safety and welfare of unit owners, lessees, guests, visitors, and contractors, smoking and vaping are only permitted in the following designated areas:

A. Inside the walls of the unit. "Within the walls" means all openings to the outside are closed (all windows and doors must be shut).
B. Inside a closed vehicle located in the Common Element parking lots.
C. At the Common Element tables near the shuffleboard courts.

It is important to note that secondhand smoke is very harmful and should be avoided just like primary smoking. To further protect the safety and welfare of owners, lessees, guests, visitors, and contractors, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the following areas: the lobby and elevator areas, pool area, grill area, patio areas, individual unit lanais (Limited Common Element) unless they are enclosed in glass and closed, hallways on each floor, and anywhere else on the grounds that is not specifically designated as a smoking area.
