Hickory Blvd Access

Information is sporadic but my understanding is:

Only owners or people authorized by an owner will be able to walk along Hickory Blvd,

A non-resident will be able to walk to the condo or get a ride from aid workers if they accompany an owner/resident or they have in their possession some type of affidavit to get on the beach.

CHECK OUT THE POSTINGS FOR LEE COUNTY AND BONITA SPRINGS WEBSITES (IN PREVIOUS BLOG ENTRIES) FOR DETAILS ON AN AFFIDAVIT.

AS FAR AS IT KNOW:  NO private vehicles are allowed to drive on Hickory Blvd.

The road is cleared, and the county is trying to establish a bus route along hickory.  The other day was a trial run, but the bus got stuck in the sand along the way.

DID YOU HAVE AN VEHICLE AT THE BEACH
Our president is a retired engineer from a large vehicle manufacturing company.  He has extensive experience with the workings of a vehicle.  After the storm he told me, because of the salt water, in and under the cars, the wiring will be damaged. THEY ARE ALL TOTALED.  You will need to decide if you want to file a claim with your insurance provider.
