Please use care when visiting the building.  Remember the building in still in a pre-construction mode.  We are getting bids from various contractors and vendors.  The process is slow but steady.  We don't have answers regarding the time frame of occupying the building or the cost to get to that point.  But the board is working hard to find the best possible solutions. ​

Yesterday, Sunbelt employees were making modifications to use a different size of filter for the cooling units.  The specific filters are out of stock nationwide.  Because of the storm on the Eastcoast, Florida Power and Light is busy restoring power for local residents.  But that has delayed the switchover from Deisel Power to "city electric power".
