Chillers installed

10/25/2022

We must do what we can to prevent moisture issues.  There are tubes running from each "Chiller" to every apartment.  The chillers use evaporation as well as refrigerant to cool the air, every time air circulates through the chiller, evaporation helps moisture levels drop. This lowers the level of humidity inside the air.  There is a diesel generator to supply power the chillers.  As soon as possible, we will tie them into our FPL transformer and eliminate the need to buy diesel fuel.  We are currently awaiting the delivery of the wire needed for this transition.
