Cleaning the building

10/20/2022

As you can imagine we have a lot of debris on the walkways and stairs.  A Big thank you to Pat, Kevin and Jake for removing debris and sweeping floors 3-8.

Today the beach debris was removed, and we have a beautiful looking sand.

Tomorrow we should have a crew to start the removal of debris from our parking lot.

The last two days we have had cool weather and low humidity.  We opened windows in most units.  In some units the shutters are damaged or rusted and will not open with a crank.  But we are doing the best job we can in this situation.

I can't begin to thank all of those involved in the cleanup and the nuge number of decisions enough. It is such a tribute to the wonderful group of owners that we have. I trust all of you to make the best decisions under the circumstances and I wont allow anyone to second guess, after the fact, as some do. These decisions are difficult and I am certain that you are all doing the very best that you can! Thank You! Mike and Jane Muske #401
