Casa Bonita I

humidity is not our friend

We have been very lucky.  The last few days, we have had beautiful weather.  The humidity has been low but that may not continue.  As you know humidity and moisture can cause many problems in our building.  The Chillers (to cool the units and lower humidity) will help keep the humidity in each unit at an acceptable level.

The work on the roof continues.  They have the damaged area covered with red tarps.  We need to replace metal caps that cover the air conditioner lines.  This will be done on Monday. According to the weather report we will have clear skies until then.

We only have a couple cars left on the property.

Monday we will try to clear the drains lines from the roof to the ground floor.  They are currently blocked with sand and debris.

Tuesday we will remove the fallen trees.
