Insurance is going up

I am sure we all know and expect our insurance premiums to increase in 2023.  Well, that is what is happening.  The coverage is hugely expensive, and we are unable to get "full coverage" on our building.  We are working with a broker and a few insurance companies to obtain the needed coverage.  But from what we know now, since the insurance cost is the largest single item in our budget, our association dues will probably increase in the second quarter of 2023.
