Progress and Changes
Doug is coordinating with the Electricians. The Electricians are sorting and testing lines to prepare for the new panel. The new electric panel should come in by the end of December. By that time, we will know if the wires are "good" or need to be replaced. They will also, begin to check panels in each unit.
The Board has reviewed the plumbing contract and will execute the contract as soon as we receive our insurance advance.
Bob is investigating the moisture remediation.
Bill is gathering information regarding the pool pump equipment.
Dirk is checking moisture levels in units.
Kevin is gathering bids for rebuilding the first-floor units and The Clubroom.
The Board requested bids to replace our hurricane glass on the first floor: The Clubroom, entry and side doors.

CB1 Board has two bids for pavers and are awaiting one additional estimate.
Bob and Mary Ellen have applied to SBA to see if we qualify for a Low Interest Loan. We hope we don't have to use a loan, but we need to prepare just in case we need money to operate and rebuild.
Once The Association receives and reviews the bids, they will make a decision and move ahead.
