We are getting bids from two plumbers to, repair and replace damaged water and sewer pipes. During the storm there was a great deal of sand and debris floating around and some of it settled in or blocked the pipes.
We need to clean out the roof drain pipes. We also need to "flush-out" our sewer pipes between the building the City Sewer lines.
We also need to inspect, repair and cap off water pipes for the first and second floors and verify we have no other damaged pipes.
