Plans and preparation for hurricane

1.  Discussion about our plans for Hurricane.  

8/29/2019 - Dirk and Bill will begin to move furniture and grill as designated on our check list.
                    Remove all loose items around the pool area including chairs, tables plants, nets, clock,  etc.  Move all                            items into The Club Room (Completed 8/30/2019)

                    Move furniture on the second floor to the alcove east of the Elevator (on both south and north end). 
​                    Turn tables face down. (Completed 8/30/2019)

8/30/2019 - Karen will update the Website and test current links regarding Emergency Management, Lee County Government sites and National Weather. (Completed 8/30/2019)

8/30/2019 - Karen will notify Owners of our plan (Completed 8/30/2019)
