Realtors who are listing units in this building, or anyone else who wishes to place a lockbox on the property, must adhere to the following guidelines:

Guidelines for a lockbox
- A lockbox is only allowed for units that are for sale or needed for emergency medical purposes, and it is permitted only until the unit is sold or the emergency need no longer exists.
- The Board must be informed in writing about the identity of the unit being sold for which the lockbox is being placed. The Board will designate the location for the lockbox.
- Any lockbox found on the property that was placed without the Board's permission, that has not been identified in writing to the Board of Directors regarding the unit being sold, or that remains on the property after the sale of the unit will be removed and discarded without further notice.
- The Board must be advised in writing as to the identity of the unit being sold, for which the lockbox is being placed. The board will identify the location for the lockbox.
- Any lockbox found on this property, which was placed without the permission of the Board, or which has not been identified in writing to the Board of Directors as to the unit being sold, or which remains on this property after sale of the unit, will be removed and discarded without further notice.
Smoking/Non-Smoking Policy
The Casa Bonita One Association wishes to conform to the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act. For the safety and welfare of Unit Owners, lessees, guests, visitors and contractors, only the following areas are designated as allowed for smoking or vaping.
A. Within the walls of the unit. “Within the walls” is defined as having all openings to the outside closed. (all windows and doors to the outside must be closed)
B. Inside a closed vehicle on the Common Element parking lots.
C. On the Common Element tables near the shuffle board courts.
Secondary smoke is very harmful and is to be avoided to the same extent as primary smoking. In order to assure the safety and welfare of owners, lessees, guests, visitors and contractors smoking or vaping are expressly prohibited in the following areas: Lobby areas and elevators, the pool area, grill area, patio areas, individual unit lanais (Limited Common Element) unless enclosed in glass and closed, walkways on each floor, and anywhere on the grounds not specifically designated as smoking areas.
