All Renters and Lease Holders are required to complete and file a Lease Application Form Each Year.

Casa Bonita One is classified as a condominium and not a hotel. Owners may not legally offer short-term rentals.
The minimum term a unit may be leased is 1 month.
If you rent for less than 1 month, you may be fined. The board is wholeheartedly dedicated to upholding this restriction and will take all necessary measures to ensure its enforcement.
All renters or leasees must submit an application at least 30 days prior to moving into the unit. An application fee of $150 must accompany the application and be made payable to Casa Bonita One Association.
