All Renters and Lease Holders are required to complete and file a Lease Application Form Each Year.

Casa Bonita One is classified as a condominium and not a hotel so it is not legally classified for short term rentals. 
​The
minimum term a unit may be leased is 30 days.   

If you rent for less than 30 days, you may be fined.
 
THE BOARD HAS EVERY INTENTION OF ENFORCING THIS RESTRICTION

Each Renter/Leasee must complete an application at least 30 days prior to occupying the unit.  The application fee of $100 must accompany the application and made payable to Casa Bonita One Association.
