Casa Bonita One is classified as a condominium and not a hotel so it is not legally classified for short term rentals.
The minimum term a unit may be leased is 30 days.
If you rent for less than 30 days, you may be fined.
THE BOARD HAS EVERY INTENTION OF ENFORCING THIS RESTRICTION
Each Renter/Leasee must complete an application at least 30 days prior to occupying the unit. The application fee of $100 must accompany the application and made payable to Casa Bonita One Association.

1. No Swimming Pool
2. No chairs or chase lounges
3. Walk around a temporary fence to get to the beach.
4. Plumbing issues as they arise.
5. No club room
6. No games
7. Parking lot is in rough shape
8. The parking lot may or may not be getting paved.
9. No designated parking spaces.
The first two floors are "Construction Sites".
The workers park in any open spot.
Workers are removing damaged building materials which may or may not be considered hazardous.
Most days we have construction noise all day long.
Cars may get blocked by contractors.
