 The Club Room Guidelines
To reserve The Club Room for a private or building-wide event:
Please note the following holidays are reserved for building-wide events and cannot be reserved for private events.*
New Year’s Day,   Super Bowl Sunday,  Valentine’s Day,  Mardi Gras,  St Patrick’s Day,
Easter,  Memorial Day,  Kentucky Derby Day,  4th of July,  Labor Day,  Halloween,  Thanksgiving,  Christmas Eve,  Christmas or New Year’s Eve
 
“Reserve the room” by making a note on the calendar (found in the blue binder in the first drawer of the buffet).  Include time, name, unit and contact phone number in the calendar.  Please post a note on the door at least one week before your event. 
 
Please note: People using the pool will need access to the restrooms during your event. 
USE OF THE ROOM
  • Owners/Renters may reserve The Club Room for a private event.
Please note: you will need to buy your own name tags, plates, napkins, plates, utensils, cups, etc.  The items in the buffet drawers are not for private use, they are purchased by individual owners for their events.  If you run short and need to borrow items, please replace them.

You are welcome to post your upcoming events.
  • You may post a flyer:
    1. On the Club Room door using painters tape or Fun Tac (PLEASE DO NOT USE SCOTCH TAPE). Please include your name, unit number and contact phone number information.
    2. The Club Room bulletin board
The owner will assume full responsibility for the groups’ conduct and for any damage to the building or equipment.
  • Please do not take glass containers out by the pool.

The Club Room clean-up rule is “Leave No Trace”
  • As a reminder:
    • Remove all food and drinks
    • Clean off and wipe down counters and table tops.
    • Sweep, vacuum or mop the tile and carpet as needed.
    • Remove all garbage, trash, recycled items, and place them in the appropriate dumpster.Place a new liner in each trash can.(liners provided under the sink or the storage closet)
 
Please notify our Property Manager if anything is damaged or in general disrepair or we are short on paper towels, cleaning supplies or trash liners.


Parties of more than 25 people must have approval from the board.  Please contact our Property Manager.
